At Freegobikes Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If your e-bike or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the bike to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a pickup for oversized e-bike boxes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
